Talking to kids about sex makes us all squirm!

What if there was a way that you could comfortably talk with your kids about sex, without feeling as awkward or embarrassed?

What if you knew how to answer the questions that kids always seem to ask in the wrong place and at the wrong time?

What if you knew what should be discussed and when?

Guess what! It is possible to talk to your kids about sex in a way that feels more natural and less awkward.

And you can learn how!

This is such a needed service! I have 3 boys... 14, 12 & 9... needing to have some bigger conversations with them for sure. Now I feel that I am in a place with them where we can talk easily  and they feel comfortable coming to me.
Chris, mother of 14, 12 & 9 year old

My name is Cath Hakanson and I love helping parents get comfortable and confident with sex education.

After 20+ years of working in sexual health, I've learnt a lot. I have a string of qualifications, tonnes of clinical experience, and I'm wise to the stuff that stops parents from talking to their kids about sex.

I have turned everything that I know about sex education, into an approach that parents can easily learn to do!

Cath talks about sex as openly and easily as if she was talking about mowing the lawn! I'd avoided talking to my own kids becuase I didn't know any way to talk about it in a natural way! I now feel that I have enough pointers to actually start talking!
Helen, mother of 6 & 3 year old

Imagine feeling empowered, natural and supported in your conversations about sex?

When it comes to sex education, getting started is the hardest part!

Especially when you have never talked with your kids about things like this before.  You just don't know what to say  and how to say it.  It just feels awkward and is so much harder than you e
ver thought it would be!

But it doesn't have to be that way.

It is possible to talk more confidently about sex with your children, without feeling as awkward or uncomfortable.

It is possible to know what to say and how to say. It is possible to naturally respond to the questions that your kids ask or to initiate conversations when they don't ask. It is possible to find strategies that you can quickly and easily implement in your day to day life.

Cath tackles a subject that is sometimes difficult to broach or embarrassing for some to discuss, with ease, engaging the audience early on. Her approachable manner meant that we were immediately ready to take part in the very interactive and fun session. Her knowledge in this area is extensive and I came away with some great ideas, some fabulous coping mechanisms and a sore jaw from laughing at the anecdotes and shared stories! I highly recommend her workshops.
Tracey, mother of 8, 5 & 2 year old
