Hey there! Welcome to Sex Ed Rescue with Cath Hak. Today, I want to talk about a super helpful book for tweens and young teens. It’s called the Monthly Period, Symptom, and Tracking Journal.

First off, let me just say that talking to your kids about love, sex, relationships, and growing up can be a bit tricky. But don’t worry, that’s where I come in to help you find an easier way.

Now, let’s dive into this book. The cover is pretty cool, although I have to admit, it’s not the easiest to read. But hey, it’s what’s inside that counts!

This book is all about tracking periods. You see, when kids first start their periods, it’s important for them to be aware of when to expect it. And that’s where this journal comes in handy.

What I really like about this book is that it’s not just about tracking periods. It also helps kids keep track of their symptoms. So they can not only know when their period is coming, but also anticipate any symptoms they might experience.

Plus, there are lots of fun coloring pages in here too! It’s a simple and enjoyable journal that allows kids to track their periods and jot down any symptoms they’re having. This way, they can be prepared and make sure they have the right period products with them, especially when they’re at school.

I have to say, it’s not often that you come across journals like this for kids. So I was really thrilled when they sent me a copy to review. And guess what? I really like it!

Oh, and one more thing! This book isn’t just for girls. It’s for everyone, regardless of gender. I think all kids would enjoy it.

I hope you found this review helpful. Cheers!
