Find practical tools to educate kids about puberty in the Sex Ed Shop
Advice Blog for teens about periods, puberty and more from Becoming a Teen (A UK menstrual supplier). It has videos and information on periods (like how to put a pad in), puberty, friendships and dating, emotions, boobs and bras, sex and sexual feelings, lifestyle and a great collection of how-to videos.
Body Talk is an Australian website for young people, and it has a nice section on puberty.
Kids Helpline is an Australian site for kids. It has a puberty guide and information about mood swings for 13-17 year olds.
Planet Puberty is an Australian website created to help parents of children with intellectual disability and/or autism spectrum disorder. You’ll find books, worksheets, videos, strategies and more throughout Planet Puberty to get you started on the puberty journey. The resources in this website will also be helpful for parents who don’t have a child with a disability.
Raising Children is an Australian website that provides parents with straightforward information about puberty.
Nemours KidsHealth has information for children about their changing bodies and mind. Their information for teens is in their Sexual Health section.
