From growth spurts to crushes: What your tween’s going through

So… you’ve probably noticed your tween changing lately.
Suddenly, they’re moodier. Or quieter. Or asking questions you didn’t expect.
What’s actually going on?
In this episode, we’re unpacking the emotional, physical and social changes that happen in the tween years – and how this knowledge can shape better sex ed conversations. When you understand what’s happening underneath the surface, it becomes way easier to know what to say, when to say it, and how to say it.

One-minute challenge

Your challenge this week is simple:
Pick one change your child is going through right now—something physical, emotional or social.
Then ask yourself: “Have I had a conversation with them about this yet?”
If not, that’s your cue. Even a short, casual chat can make a big difference.
