There are lots of children’s books about emotions (or feelings). Many are picture books perfect for toddlers, preschoolers and even school-aged children. You’ll also find some books about emotions for tweens and teens.

Books about feelings can help your child identify their emotions, the situations that spark those feelings, and how to better manage (or cope) them. This will provide them with a strong emotional foundation, which in turn can lead to increased self-confidence and a sense of self-esteem.
