There are lots of children’s books about emotions (or feelings). Many of them will be picture books that are perfect for toddlers, preschoolers and even school-aged children. Plus you’ll even find some books about emotions for tweens (and even teens).
Books about feelings can help your child to identify their emotions, the situations that spark those feelings and how to better manage (or cope) with those feelings. This will provide them with a strong emotional foundation, which in turn can lead to increased self confidence and sense of self esteem.
You can find more books about different topics in the main list of Sex Education Books for Children.
